The staff were super friendly and helpful. They didn't speak a ton of English, but it was enough to understand everything. Learn some Japanese before you go to make it more smooth, but not totally necessary. The room was a bit small, but hey its Japan. I really loved the washer/dryer in the room- VERY helpful! Best part of the room. The hotel is also very close to Ikebukuro Station to travel anywhere in Japan and also this area doesn't have a lot of tourists like Shinjuku or Shibuya so it felt more immersive. Lots of restaurants and bars around too.

The location is very convenient being only a few minutes walk to Ikebukuro Station (Exit C6). There are plenty of facilities nearby like eateries, drug stores and convenience stores. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and spoke some English. Having a Microwave in the room was handy.

It was a 7 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station so it was a convenient location. It was easy to check in and the staff were very nice. I requested an iron and it was kindly lent to me, although I had to go down to reception to get it myself. I really love how there was a washer-dryer in the room! Staying in Japan during the summer means sweaty clothes that I really want to wash straight away when I’m back at the hotel so I don’t have dirty laundry in my luggage. The room itself was really comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and clean.

I stayed here for four weeks and am very happy I did. The rooms are clean and come with a washing machine, laundry detergent, a small fridge and a microwave, which make this hotel a perfect option for a long-term stay. The staff were polite, kind and always willing to accommodate my requests. The location is convenient, only a couple of minutes walk from one of the exits from the underground passage leading to the station. The neighborhood feels a little sketchy but there is a route from the station to skip that area so it wasn’t a problem. I have had only good experiences with the Tokyu Stay franchise and I would stay here again.

Great location, less than a minute walk from Ikebukuro station exit C1. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in that area. The washer/dryer in the room was good to have, and there was also a small fridge and microwave. Everything I needed for my solo trip. They were able to conveniently hold my luggage two days before I arrived and after I checked out. The luggage stored before check in was taken up to my room.

Staff were helpful and the location was convenient. It was very clean and safe. I liked being able to get a ponytail holder if I needed one. It was very close to the train station.

Very convenient location near the train station and the bus stop for the airport limousine bus. I had a lot of luggage to carry home and the staff was kind enough to help me carry everything to the bus stop. Being more of a business hotel, having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room was very helpful.

Walking distance from Ikenukuro station. Many convenient stores and resClean and comfortable room. The hotel won't clean the room unless stayinglonger than 3 days but will change your towel, pyjama, and take out the trash, which is suffucient for me. The room has microwave and washing machine. Value for money.

The room was unusually equipped with a washer/drier! It also had a microwave and a fridge. The place provided washing powder free of charge, which was a lovely touch. It’s nice to have a washing machine in your room, especially in Japanese summer when you can never have too many change of clothes! The staff members were all lovely and very helpful. I had sone queries and they were dealt with right away. Can’t fault their professionalism.

It is very convenient to have a laundry and drying machine inside. There is a free self-service coffee and ice machine on the first floor. There are many peripheral products. It is worth recommending to everyone
